26/13  The Chair opened the meeting, welcomed all present and thanked the Clerk for her work with the council in the      light of her pending retirement.  She then handed the meeting over to Cllr R Kendrick.

Meeting paused 7.34pm.

Cllr Kendrick  spoke about the full council meeting in which the council budget and council tax rate was passed and the extra £36 million provided by government - disappointingly not being used to help residents with a 0% increase in council tax.  He reminded everyone of the Volunteers scheme which is doing fantastic work, briefly addressed the pot hole issue and Fix My Street app.

Meeting resumed 20.02pm
