20/14 Apologies for absence

20/15 Financial Matters
20/15/01 Review of Financial Regulations and Risk Assessment
It was resolved to carry this out at the next face to face meeting.
20/15/02 Approval of Accounts for 2018/19
Councillors viewed a Summary of the accounts for the year 2028/19 and approved it.
20/15/03 Completion of annual return form
20/15/03/01 Annual Governance Statement
The annual governance statement was considered and approved by the council then signed by the chairman and clerk.
20/15/03/02 Accounting Statement
The accounting statement was approved by the council and signed by the responsible financial officer and chairman.
20/15/03/03 Certificate of Exemption
It was agreed that the council would certify itself as exempt from a limited assurance review.
20/16 Date of next meeting
Date of next meeting to be arranged taking into account COVID19 restrictions.
The meeting closed at 8.37 pm.
