We are running an event at the Venue in Navenby on 13 July to help support older people in the community, and particularly those concerned about memory loss/changes in themselves or a loved one.
It will include information on the support and treatment available including memory assessments, digital appointments, dementia support services, home treatment teams and mental health support in the community, as well as signposting people to what other support is available locally.
We are teaming up with other local services such as Age UK, Community Connectors and Mint lane Café for example.
