May 2021 Minutes Annual Parish Meeting
NOTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING OF ASHBY DE LA LAUNDE WITH BLOXHOLM AND TEMPLE BRUER WITH TEMPLE HIGH GRANGE HELD ON 19 MAY 2021 AT 7.00 PM.
Present: Mr I Douglas, Chairperson,
Councillors R Walker, Vice Chair, Mrs A Douglas,
Clerk to the Parish Council Mrs V Smith

District Councillor S Clegg
The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting but had no further comments to make but hoped that the meeting could be kept as short as possible to follow COVID guidlines.
21/1 Cllr Clegg gave a report on the activities of the District Council.
21/2 The notes of the last meeting were signed as a correct record.
21/3 The Clerk gave a report regarding Parish Council finances – copy filed with minutes.
21/4 There were no points raised by residents.
21/5 Meeting closed at 7.14 pm.
